Premise / Synergy wanted to demonstrate its unique and experiential approach — while genuinely adding value for its Canberran clients.

Insight / Research revealed that Canberra's office workers are among Australia's most likely to describe meetings in a negative way.

The get-to-by brief / Get clients who are feeling uninspired by the typical meeting format to engage in work (and with Synergy) in a new way by changing the meeting context to a 1960s Volkswagon Combi retrofitted with a barista coffee machine, beers taps, and boom boxes — making the experience of 'another meeting' with Synergy something to look forward.
